I don't have info on that hotel either sorry!
However you mentioned distance.. Harbor will be your best bet if you want to be close. Lots of DC'ers stay on Harbor and have their own preferences as to what hotel. I have only stayed at Ramada Maingate. We really liked it. Nothing fancy but it was very clean, affordable and a five minute or so walk.
