Did you try to rent points from a DVC member? We did - and are paying a third of what we'd pay if we made rezzied through CR for a preferred view studio at BWV. The average rate is $10/point. For a family of 6, I think you could go with a 1 bedroom. One of the best things I ever did!!:p
