That being said, though, Universal isn't Disney World -- never has, never will be. The Magic just isn't there. You can tangibly feel it when you walk around. The surroundings don't have quite the same sparkle, there isn't the same attention to detail, and most of all, the employees don't have the same desire to do anything they can for you. It's still an enjoyable place to visit, but the bottom line is my wife and I have annual passes to Disney. We've never even thought about getting annual passes to Universal.
