My daughter worked the Pooh ride throughout her College Program this spring semester. Sorry you did not see my post about the Pooh ride being closed for rehab.
While the Pooh ride is relatively new (opened in 1999, I believe), it does use the same ride mechanism from the Mr Toad ride which was in place for years. During this rehab time, they are installing loading gates, a pressure sensitive floor in the ride building, and an additional operations control panel. These are all being done for safety reasons.
The rehab period is scheduled to last til June 27th.
