Hmmm... I am like you... I tend to go to the same places over and over again!
Have you tried Story Tellers in the GCH? Me and my family go there a lot... They have some corn chowder that I can eat EVERY DAY.
In the DTD area we like Tortilla Jo's pickup window for cheaper/quicker and still very yummy Tex/Mex food. Every now and then I will throw my kids a curve ball and we have dinner at Haagen Dazs or Jamba Juice! Me and my wife like to get coffee/tea/mochas at Compass Books Cafe.
I am sad about POTC and Blue Bayou being down...
I may go in March with my father on our way to the NASCAR race in Vegas and once again in April with my wife and kids on a spring break trek to America's Southwest... No matter what, I will miss my favorite restaurant in the whole world!
