Yes you can use points to pay for vacations. I believe they only let you accumulate 750 "Disney Reward Dollars". I believe you must call Visa to get the rewards card and then you call in to the Disney Agent giving the rewards card number like a credit card.

Don't forget they may also give you 0% for a certain length of time if you use your Disney Visa to pay for your trip. I'm not sure if this is if you pay for the whole trip or portions.
