It couldn't be easier or more fun! Just approach any CM and if they are wearing a yellow lanyard (green lanyard wearers trade with kids only), you may trade with them. There are some rules and etiquette. Don't interrupt the CM if they are busy or talking to another guest. Don't touch the lanyard or the pins, ask and let the CM show you. When you choose one to trade, point it out, and remove your pin and place it in your hand. The CM will do the same. Always put the backs on the pins before trading. The trade has to be one for one.
The places to find the most CM's with pins is in stores. The CMs that work in merchandise almost all have lanyards. CMs in other place may or may not be pintraders.
