No worries! If it's a "keeper" for your collection just slide it into your corkboard at an angle and s-l-o-w-l-y bend it back. You can reposition as necessary. Then lather, rinse, and repeat! If the post snaps (hey - we've all done it once or twice) there are some great epoxy products I can recommend that do a fine job holding the post back in place. If the pin is for trade just be sure to tell your prospective swapper about the condition it's in. I've traded for many pins with bent posts for my collection without devaluing them. Once displayed, it's impossible to tell which ones are bent and which are straight... not that there's anything wrong with it!
