We haven't stayed at the Poly in a long time and out only experience with the Boardwalk is the Villas with DVC. I love the Poly's location because of the MK but the Boardwalk's location is really nice for MGM and EPCOT. I voted for Boardwalk Inn but I was really basing it on the Villas location.
