Tonight the campus rep at my college told me that after you finish the college program or internship your contract with Disney is terminated and you are no longer eligible for employement with Disney or it's affilates.
I questioned him a lot on this and he swore this to be true. It made no sense to me because why would Disney have interns if not to recruit the best cast members who know Disney's ways? If this is true it really bad news for me because I am majoring in Hospitality and Tourism and doing the college program this fall so I can have a career with Disney. Please can anyone shead some light on this ??!!! No one said anything about this during the CP presentation.
I really hope that this is a rep who doesn't know what he is talking about.
