The boardwalk is a entertainment center as well as a resort, when it gets busy you will have to prove you are staying at the resort to park in the lot in front of the resort, if your not staying there your welcome to park in a extra lot across the street. There are signs posted around the entrances to the boardwalk that say they are not able to provide parking for epcot and MGM.
