I have a question that has been bothering me for a while. I know you can use your "key to the world" as a charge card if specified at check in. Now, if I have the dining plan, eat somewhere, and hand them my card, can I just say "I'm going to charge this to my room" or some variation of that, so that particular meal will NOT be taken off my dining plan? Or can that even be done?

I would like to be able to choose which meals I use, and which ones I actually pay for, but I don't know how that would be done or if it could be done.
