Whether or not a restaurant is pricey depends on an indiviual's tastes and sensibilities. What's pricey for one person may be quite reasonable for another.
Narcoosee's is a very fine restaurant, one of the better ones at WDW. We've had excellent meals there many times. Here's a link to their menu:

As much as I like Narcoosee's, you can get an even better meal and better view for about the same price at the California Grill on the top floor of the Contemporary Hotel. The overall experience is well worth the money. Here's a link to the CG menu:

Both restaurants are wonderful, but I heartily recommend the California Grill.
