I was just curious to see if anyone else was quite as disappointed with the refurb of Journey into Imagination and Image works as I was. This by far was my favorite ride as a child at EPCOT and that carried through as an adult. Imageworks was always a "must see" for me on every trip. Now, it just saddens me to see what it has turned into. When I last went in 2000, the refurb to the ride was finished, so I got to see that (unfortunately), but Imageworks was still being worked on , so they only had a select few things set up on the way out, which some of them weren't even really interactive. What a bummer! My family went in '04 without me (didn't think they could do it.... had always gone together every other time before....... but alas due to my work schedule, they did
), and they told me that Imageworks was open again and they had a few of the original attractions in there still, just kind of revamped, so I feel there may be hope. Future DH and I will go on it is Sept. nonetheless, but it just won't be the same for me.
Does anyone else feel this same way about it, or do some of y'all like the changes that they have done to this pavilion?
