I would suggest you split up by age bracket.
However much fun it is to see your little one doing Dumbo, your older ones are not going to be as thrilled.
Trying to keep track of 30 people in a crowded park is going to be a bit intense!!
I've been hitting Disneyland so often that I can navigate without a map. In fact, I don't even grab one anymore.
But I usually just ask my heir apparent where
HE wants to go, and the decision is made.. Having two in your party is so much simpler.
