I just found out that I have sleep apnea. The reason I have been so tired all the time and irritable is because I stop breathing about 140 times per hour!
It's like someone poking you with a stick every 20 seconds. Anyway, I got this CPAP machine which blows air down my nose and mouth and keeps my airway open. (DH calls it my Darth Vadar mask). The difference in my energy level is amazing. I finally feel rested.
The machine needs distilled water to function and since I don't want to lug a gallon with me, is there anywhere on site to buy it.
It is going to be bad enough to lug the machine. Any ideas??
