I have not, but I was there while it was going on a couple years ago (2004). I asked some attendees about it and they were very complimentary about the quality, but a few didn't like the price (which was a bit high). Anyways, while they ate crepes I hit the rides!

Instead of attending the Mother's Day brunch, I bought my wife some sweet Disney loot to reward her motherly awesomeness!
She still has a little stuffed Pooh holding a bouquet of flowers, which is pretty cute...
