That's the BIGGEST BIGGEST BIGGEST STINKER about working for Disney. CP or otherwise.
They don't seem to give a flyin' flip about your birthday or anniversary or anything.
I worked every holiday for them...Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Years Eve, New Years Day...and all I wanted in exchange was ONE day off for DH and I to try and spend some time together. I couldn't even get that!
I hope you can still have a great birthday though! 21 is so much fun!!
