Thanks Dana for the tip on going to the airline website. I went to Delta's site and they quoted me $162 per person round trip. I can deal with that. With taxes added and for the two of us it comes to $362.20. That's certainly a lot better then over $1000! That is just too outrageous to me. Almost made me consider driving just in order to be able to afford going. Time is crunched for this trip cause I don't have that many vacation days left over, and I really didn't want to take time away by driving. Now it doesn't look like we will have to.
I will let Jason know what I found in the morning (he's already asleep) and see what he says. He had a bad experience flying for his first time in Sept. (see TR), and he didn't even want to drive cause it takes too much time. About 12 to 14 hours from where we are.
Looks like grand total will be around $1400 again like last time. I think if that is the case, we can swing it!
