Get there early, if possible, and watch your cruise to see if it looks like it is selling out or there are still rooms available. I also suggest you call the cruise line a few days before you are set to sail, and see what is available. No use rushing out there if there isn't a chance to upgrade.

that is good news- perhaps I might try and find out for my trip this time- do you know if its possible that the two bed suite might be avail? Do they ever upgrade automatic and not charge (I can always dream)
