What Joy failed to mention though, is that my birthday is on Valentine's Day. So if we want to make our PS' at Napa Rose, we have to call right on the first day we are eligible. Joy already has it marked on her calender so she can call first thing that day. Our second choice for dinner on the night of my birthday/Valentine's Day is Catal at Downtown Disney.
