So... where in the World are they still sewing the names onto Mouse Ears by hand?

Last year they were by hand in the hat shop at the beginning of Main Street, and the ears I saw from MGM were done by computer. Anyone know about other places?

I want to get mouse ears for DS5 first thing, but the name has to be done by hand!, and I'm hoping not to go into the MK.
