think it is only for the Disney Hotel guests (GCH, DLH, and PPH), however, at one point in time, they had a deal at the McDonald's across the street, that gave you an early entry ticket with every Big Mac you bought. You could try to call Disney, the main switchboard number is 714-781-4000.
