Isn't this place wonderful!!!

I did the Disney Dollar reward for my DS for a year before we went in July. He had close to $200 to spend by the time we went. He got a dollar a week to clean his room and up to $5 to try a new food (food is an issue for him). I would also offer bonus dollars to help do extras for me around the house and got he some DD for his birthday, Easter and Christmas. He had so much fun collecting them. It took him all 8 days to spend all of his money but he spent it well.

I think the DD reward is a good lesson for kids. They learn about earning money, saving money and budgeting money all while going to WDW. We will do this again about a year before our next trip.
