that is what we ended up doing- I love mickey and minnie so I focused on those, Nicky loves stitch and Goofy and so we found those and Em loves the fairy godmothers and mostly Cinderella- but of course she loves all the princesses- so we tried to trade for sets in a series rather than random pins. My problem was that I did not know how many we were missing and holding out for in each set- we apparently have two more for the cm lanyard series 3 princesses to go. We need Ariel and Aurora- We apparently have the entire fairy gm set now! Its been fun. We heard many parents complaining though about their kids trading $12 for little ones. I think that would drive me nuts too.
