I have been to four or five of these screenings, and I have never received a response from them prior to about a week before the showing date. I have always received tickets, but I haven't found out about it until I receive the email with the voucher attached. I know they do not send out emails telling you that you didn't get tickets.

I also know they also remove cities as they fill up from the list. My guess is that Orlando received quite a few requests, so they have removed it from the list so that they don't receive any more.

I signed up for our city, hoping to get to see this in advance. I will post if I receive anything from them.
