Just an update that in May, the CM's at POP foodcourt said that the 1/2 gallons of milk/juice are no longer included, even though they still said "snack option"...she asked quite a few people and they all said they were in the process of excluding them. I am not sure how true it is, but that is just what they told me so I just paid OOP.
