I'm not sure why you're getting that message unless the threads you are clicking are in Chit Chat. Chit Chat is a non-Disney (or not directly Disney) related forum for members who have at least 100 posts and have been members for 3 months (I think).
You might want to post this question in the forum under mousebuzz.com called Mousebuzz Questions. A moderator will make sure you get the right answer.
