I think it stinks that they are cutting the appetizer and tips from the table service meal and I'll bet that the wait staff does too! When you think they were getting a guaranteed percentage of the entire bill, and now most people will not add the appetizer for each person (I know we won't), nor will everyone pay the entire gratuity (especially those from other countries that aren't familiar with it) that is going to be a huge chunk out of the wait staffs pockets. I was happy with the dining plan the way it was. :(
