There was a really cool 3:30 parade (why not 3:00, I have no clue). It was Mickey's water works parade. Basically the floats and cast members squirt water (and lots of it) at people. They have a few dry zones in case you do not want to get wet but everyone was in the wet zones with umbrellas and such. Very, very fun. Would be great for Florida!
Unfortunately I do not have pictures as they tell you to put away your cameras so they won't get wet.
Many rides are the same almost exactly (Winnie the Pooh, Mickey's Philharmagic). A few are different significantly. They have a Festival of the Lion King show and it was similar but very different (songs, no tumble monkeys). It was very good.
