First, thanks for the list. Second, when we went in January 2007, we stayed at AKL. At Mara, their counter service, they would allow you to use any 3 snack items combined into a CS meal if you wanted. Once we just wanted 3 orders for fries and they let me combine them as a CS instead of counting each one as snacks. But that is the only place that allowed it.
