What is the reward payback?? With my chase hess card i know it's 1% on everything and 3 or 5% on purchases at hess. I've been thinking of reusing it again but I've got a citi with 3% cash back on everything at the end of the year.

Our card says Charter Member as well. I was under the impression that all card holdesr that were signed up the first year, were considered Charter Members. Anyway.... the reward payback is 1 disney dollar for every $100 you charge. We use that card for everything we buy. We use it instead of cash whenever possible. We pay it off each month to avoid paying interest. The points really add up quickly. They offer double points occasionally for certain purchases.. like paying utilities, gas, etc. They send a rewards booklet in the mail to advertise these promotions. We have been very happy with it.
