I hate that they are replacing a human with a machine. It was cool to watch them do that even though I have never bought myself one of those hats......that being said, I am happy that they aren't doing away with it all together. I can't imaigne WDW without the hats with people's name on it..it would be SO weird..it's part of their "thing".
