You can get it at your hotel at check in (i think) or at each theme park (go to city hall or guest services, etc..) or restaurants might have some too!
It says something like "Happy Birthday" then the CM will write in your name underneath. Just a regular button pin (not a trading pin)
Also you can wear the pin the ENTIRE length of your trip and you will be honored each day like it's your Birthday!!!
Not a bad concept, eh?

Thats pretty much what I did got the badge when I went to MGM I think on my third day out there lol whenever the 19th was on my trip....kind of lost track of days after the holidays. This trip did not really go necessarily like I had planned it, but it was certainly good for me...I had a really crappy week which I would rather not go into details about...but I was just having a very rough time emotionally and at the time didn't think that doing a trip to WDW would make me feel much better totally not true if anything the trip helped me feel better about things and helped mend my emotional wounds...although things are still rough for me I am learning to coupe with things a lot more and just have a whole lot better of an out look on things right now...and am very greatful I was able to spend my birthday out at the World Disney truly is a magical place...it makes you feel like a kid again and makes you forget about the worries in your regular life which I can truly say is a blessing to have when you need it the most like I did.
