On the Disney cruise, they have three main restaurants, Triton's/Lumiere's, Parrot Cay and Animator's Pallete. You rotate through the three restaurants on a nightly basis for dinner. They also have Palo, the adult only restaurant, but you are limited to one visit, and it is not scheduled, you must make a reservation, and hence, miss one of the regular restaurants one night.
Breakfast and Lunch are left open to what you would like. There is also the Topsider's Buffet, as well as a Pizza, hamburger and hot dog place up by the pools. Usually, Parrot Cay and Triton's/Lumiere's is open for breakfast and lunch. During your days off the ships, at least one restaurant is open for lunch, and when you are on Castaway Cay, all of your food is provided at lunch time.
Oh, and for dinner, you will be scheduled for one time the entire cruise, either at 6:30 or 8:30 PM. The show at night is either before or after dinner, there are two performances.
