I don't go to the MB homepage. I'm bookmarked to go directly to the forum page. On the other hand, there have been a couple times that the site itself takes a long time to respond, upload forum posts, update the page you're currently viewing. My first guesses would be issues with the MB server or some sort of Denial of Service attack on their server or one of the servers along the way.
