Yes, you can. We just did that at the beginning of Jan. We were on the dining plan and used our rewards card to pay for our tips the entire trip. It would have been nice to use all of those rewards for souveniers, but at least we didn't have to come up with all of those tips out of pocket! They will ask you to write the tip amount in on the receipt and then they took the dining and rewards cards at the same time to process them together.
