Hmmm....I don't believe they do. In fact, now that I'm thinking on it, does the DLH even have like a food court area?
They wouldn't have the mugs at full-service restaurants, and I can't picture any type of food court in the hotel.
I have never seen refillable mugs at the DLH but I'm not an expert so I can't give you a for-sure answer!
