The funny thing is that being in real estate and seeing timeshare sales from inside the business I just knew I'd never own a timeshare. Well, I bought a week RESALE for $150 then exchanged for Orange Lake. I was hooked. I bought and sold several other weeks and never paid more than $1200 for the deed, and as low as $1 a week. Then I started checking out DVC and bought it sight unseen. My DVC rep LOVED me. No tour, no questions, cash deal. |
How many DVC points do you own now? I think this could get to be addictive.
