Authentic morse code of Walt's speech heard in DL park

I thought this was REALLY random & interesting! I cannot wait to impress Daniel with this little tidbit of information when we go in June:
[taken from the "Ask Dave" column in the "Disney Insider" newsletter]

YOUR QUESTION
I was just at Disneyland with my kids and as we were waiting for the train at Frontierland, listening to the tapping of the Morse Code telegraph, I began to wonder if the Code was authentic. Is it, and if so, what is it saying?
- Daniel, 42, Torrance, CA

DAVE'S ANSWER
It is authentic, an early version of Morse Code, and it is Walt Disney's speech from the Opening Day of Disneyland in 1955, where he read the text of the plaque in Town Square.

That is just SO cool! Has anyone ever heard this? Did you know it was Walt's speech????
