Found (and overlooked) at almost all of the Bakeries in WDW....

Behold the Carrot Cake Cookie! Soft, chewy, cakey, with just a touch of spice - two delectable cookies sandwiched with cream cheese icing.

Once you have one you'll never go back to chocolate chips or M&M's again.

(I've found them at the Writer's Stop, Goofy's Candy Store at the Marketplace, and the Boardwalk Bakery, so far.)

I have never even noticed them but they sound delicious! Ah, well... if I EVER get to WDW again....
