You'll be luckier with a water view if you request Congress Park - it's right along the river. In the Springs some buildings will give you a limited view of the water, but the ones closest to the lobby have no water view at all, except for the fountains, etc. on the grounds.

You'll see lots of water at SSR - but the River views look across to DTD and PI.
