I think that all ice cream carts and popcorn carts are considered snacks! A soda or coffee is considered a snack as well!
This list is NOT NEARLY as efficient as the list I posted here on page 1 (I got this list from another site). It is just a general idea. The list on page one are snacks that people have actually used a Snack Credit for (thus CONFIRMED snack options).
