I do agree this would be quite a project for the Mouse and it would not fit the majority of WDW guest's budgets but it would work. Like the quote from one of my favorite movies non-Disney, "Build it and they will come". It would be an elitist experience that people would shell out the extra $$$ for and then brag to their friends and in turn would make their friends want to experience it too. So would I do it? Definitely if given the opportunity.
