Yes, the top of the foot is very sensitive! But, I love feet tattoos for some reason. So, of course, when I went to have my tattoo done by a well-known artist, he said "are you really sure you want it there??" I thought he meant it might look better somewhere else. He didn't want to scare me! It was painful, but so worth it.
My next tattoo will either be on the top of my other foot, or on the back of my neck.
