First, welcome to MouseBuzz!
When you call the ADR line just tell them I want to make ADRs for this date then when finished ask them to continue to the next date you would like. The castmember should have asked you if you wanted another ADR. It's really easy. Also, you do not make ADRs for Counter Service, only Table Service.
