The parks aren't usually more crowded because of Grad Nights but they might close earlier than at other times. The Grads don't show up until late in the evening...I think the hours for Grad Nights are 11p or midnight to about 6 in the morning. DCA usually hosts a "Kick off" for schools that come from a long distance, starts around 8 or 9pm...then they head over to DL for the rest of the night.
