I've never planned a meet but wouldn't it be easier to pick a spot, date and time and who ever can makes does. I always make plans, day 1, MK, day 2 Epcot etc. But once I get there it hardly ever pans out. I hate to say my plans and have you work around it, and then things changed greatly.

That's what we are trying to do, I am putting together a spread sheet to see who is where on what day to see if we can pin point a date..
