After the service we had there on New Year's Eve, I'm never going back to Concourse Steakhouse either.
Well, one thing has nothing to do with the other. With only one visit to WDW scheduled between now and when it closes for good, Concourse Steakhouse is out of rotation regardless. Now, about the service. Well, that's just a teaser. We were seated way past our reservation time, but at 7 PM on New Year's Eve, things are a little out of everyone's control. We needed to be finished with dinner and out the door of the Contemporary and on the path to the MK by 8:05. We were finally seated around 7:30. We told our waitress that we were under severe time pressure. She recommended the prime rib, which I was probably getting anyway. With soup and entree, but no dessert, we got out in time and our waitress was attentive enough to refill our beverages twice.
The moral of the story is that some wait staff are better than others, regardless of where they work and sometimes, it can even be the same person a half hour apart.
