Compare the level of safety to any town in any country and show me how it can be done better. These are very isolated incidents. And they do happen and they will. Disney has no obligation/duty to do what it does better.
It does have to do the best they can - and the level they achieve is greater than most of the world.

No, I believe they DO have an obligation to provide security and as much safety as is possible given Disneys assets and position. They have a reputation to protect. And if they don't take measures to beef up security and patrol the parks these won't be "isolated incidents" for long. Even homeowners are expected to keep their property in a safe condition and their visitors from attacking the pizza delivery guy when he comes to the door. You can be sued for negligence otherwise. Hotels and motels have been sued for lack of security when people have been attacked in their rooms. Why would you expect less from a company that sells magic and fairy tales? It's the very place you'd expect to feel safest! There should have been someone from Disney nearby to remove this woman when she started yelling obscenities, before it could become a physical confrontation. I love Disney, but they need to take action.
